Aspire

Aspire is AISU’s official student information system. Aspire website URL:  https://aisu.usoe-dcs.org

Logging into Aspire allows you to view student attendance, class schedule, transcript and more.

Parents:

The website for Aspire is aisu.usoe-dcs.org. You will need your student’s school number and birthdate. When you go to the site, you will click “Request a User Name,” under the big main box. Then you will need to enter the student’s number and birthdate. After you click ok, you will be asked to select who you are, to create a username and password, and certify that you are authorized to view the student’s records.

Students:

The website for Aspire is aisu.usoe-dcs.org. Your username is your student number. The default password for students is the first four letters of your last name, followed by your student number. So if your last name were Smith, and your student number were 9528, your password would be Smit9528. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in to Aspire.

To read a class schedule:

On a student’s profile, you will see a bar that says Term 1, Term 2, Term 3. They each refer to the trimester, and will default to the current trimester. Our classes cycle on Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, and Friday. M stands for Monday/Wednesday, T is Tuesday/Thursday, and F is Friday. The number next to the letter is what block the class is in. So M/1 is Monday/Wednesday, 1st block. If I were in an Art class, and the class was offered on Tuesday/Thursdays during 4th block, I would see T/4.

Intensives:

Intensives are scheduled in 7th block. They are held the final two weeks of each trimester, and students will schedule their own intensives. We send out a document about a week prior to when scheduling occurs so students have time to review the options and decide which intensive to take. There will be a scheduling window opened for students to schedule their intensives, and students will be notified of when the window is. Priority scheduling goes to 12th graders, and progresses down through 6th grade.
